The User may print or download portions of the material presented in the different areas of the website so long as such portions do not represent a substantial percentage of the material presented in any area and provided that such printing or downloading is solely for the User's own personal, non-commercial use.

LIMITATIONS OF WARRANTIES:
This site is provided on an "as is" basis, without any other warranties or conditions, express or implied, including, but not limited to, warranties of merchantable quality, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, or those arising by law, statute, usage of trade, or course of dealing. GOVERNING LAW:
This agreement and all related actions thereto shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of New Brunswick, Canada. If any provision of this Agreement is declared by a Court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such a provision shall be severed from the Agreement and the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

EXPORT RESTRICTIONS:
The User shall comply fully with all laws and regulations of Canada, and of other countries ("Export Laws") to assure that neither the Site, nor any direct products thereof are (1) exported, directly or indirectly, in violation of Export Laws, or (2) are used for any purpose prohibited by Export Laws, including, without limitation, nuclear, chemical, or biological weapons proliferation.

IRREVOCABLE ACCEPTANCE:
By using this Site the User certifies that it has read, understood and has agreed to comply and be bound by terms and conditions of this Agreement. Use of this Site constitutes an irrevocable acceptance of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
